GROHE Waste Set with Push-Open Plug for Washbasins with Overflow, Chrome, 65807000

The Grohe Drain Valve 1 14 Push Open (Ref. 65807000) has garnered a mix of reviews, highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses of the product. Customers generally appreciate its robust design and functionality, particularly when replacing lower-quality basin pop-up waste systems. Many users found that after some initial confusion regarding installation, primarily due to the lack of explicit instructions, the product proved to be effective and visually appealing. Detailed feedback reveals that while the technical drawing on the Grohe website is helpful, the accompanying photographs can mislead users regarding assembly. A key point of concern raised by multiple reviewers was the absence of a top washer, which some felt could have improved the seal. However, those who opted to use alternative sealing methods, such as plumber's maids or silicone, reported successful installations without leaks. Despite some dissatisfaction stemming from the installation process and the product’s fitting diagram, the overall sentiment about the Grohe 65807000 remains positive. Customers express confidence in Grohe as a brand and appreciate the quality craftsmanship they associate with it, especially when comparing it to lesser products they’ve used in the past. In summary, while some users encountered hurdles during installation due to unclear instructions and diagrams, the Grohe Drain Valve is celebrated for its effective design, quality materials, and overall functionality. **
