Aero-Stream Pump Accessories Editorial Review
The AS-R10 Septic Tank Riser kit is a well-made and sturdy product that is straightforward to install with simple instructions. Despite being a bit pricey, the product has a high-quality Construction that offers good value for the money. The provided butyl tape is thick and offers excellent sealing, although some customers may need to purchase a thinner butyl tape to fit into the lip around the edges of the flange for an extra layer of protection. The kit is load tested up to 2,500 lbs, but the manufacturer recommends minor foot traffic over the kits. The adapter flange is approximately 28" square, making it suitable for septic tanks with concrete covers up to 27" diagonal. Some customers have reported that the product is easy to install and looks good, but others have stated that the tabs on the flange may not be durable enough when screwing together with a riser.
