Primo Hot & Cold Water Dispensers 601402 Editorial Review
The Primo Water Ultra Slim Portable Water Dispenser has garnered a mix of enthusiastic praise and Constructive criticism from customers. Many users appreciate its space-saving design, which allows it to fit into tight areas, making it an appealing option for those looking to avoid bulky traditional water coolers. The device is particularly lauded for its quiet operation and straightforward setup process, which requires no plumbing or specialized tools. Just attaching it to a bottle is enough to get started, making it suitable for various environments, including homes, offices, and even outdoor activities. The compact design of the dispenser doesn't compromise functionality; users have noted that it can effectively deliver both cold and hot water, with reliable temperatures suitable for beverages and cooking. Positive feedback also mentioned that the electronic button control is intuitive and simplifies dispensing water, eliminating the need to lift heavy bottles. However, several users encountered issues that hinder the overall experience. The most significant complaint revolves around the slow dispensing rate, taking over 30 seconds for a quart, which can be frustrating, especially when filling larger containers. Additionally, the handle design received criticism for being stiff and ineffective, leading to concerns about spills during operation due to slow pressure drop when turning off the device. Some customers reported battery life problems, with failures occurring much earlier than promised, and others experienced issues with coupon acceptability at local vendors. In summary, while the Primo Water Ultra Slim Portable Water Dispenser offers innovative solutions to the challenges of using large water bottles, potential buyers should be aware of its limitations regarding dispensing speed and battery performance. **
